Hiring right is about finding those who have integrity. Those who are willing to do the right thing even if nobody is looking.

It’s teammates like these who will believe in your mission and are committed to the long haul.

The best part to remember is a team like this can turn obstacles into opportunities.

Finally, don’t be afraid to invest in your team's development. Once you have them, show them you care by ongoing training that helps develop them as a person. Do this and you will see your business flourish.
