In the businesses of life, it seems that people are only listening to respond but not to truly hear or understand.

This is dangerous people!

Put down your phones when someone is talking to you. Look up from your iPad or computer. In fact, look directly in the persons eyes. After all, isn’t that what you would want someone to do for you?

When you learn how to do this little thing you will be amazed with the results.

Truly listening leads to improved communication. This type of active listening helps you to understand others better, which can lead to clearer and more effective communication.

When we listen attentively, we show respect and empathy to others which helps build trust and deepen relationships.

By listening to others' perspectives and experiences, we gain new knowledge and insights that can broaden our understanding.

One of the greatest benefits is the reduction in misunderstandings. When you truly listen, and ask questions to understand, you minimize misinterpretations and avoid misunderstandings.

Show others the respect you would like shown to you and listen. After all, God gave us two ears to hear and only one mouth to talk. This shows us to listen twice as much as we talk.

Go and make a difference in someone’s life today!
